探索中国风景园林申报《人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录》的可行性

中国风景园林申报《人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录》从国内层面对弘扬中国文化、传播中国声音具有重大意义，从国际层面能够呼应联合国教科文组织倡导的非物质文化遗产与物质遗产融合。从梳理中国风景园林的相关文献出发，参考已申报成功的国内外案例经验，分析申报原则和标准，从中国风景园林哲学理念和造园技法两大方面探索申报非遗的可行性，并提出申遗策略。申报非遗的关键是梳理符合《保护非物质文化遗产公约》5个非遗类型的相关证据，并按照《实施〈保护非物质文化遗产公约〉业务指南》完善现有保护和管理措施。

Exploring the Feasibility of Nomination of Chinese Landscape Architecture to Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity

The nomination of Chinese landscape architecture to the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity is of great significance for promoting Chinese culture and spreading Chinese voice from the national level, and echoes the integration of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) and tangible heritage advocated by UNESCO from the international level. Starting from the literature on Chinese landscape architecture, and referring to the nomination experience of successful cases at China and abroad, the paper explores the feasibility of inscribing the ICH according to the principles and criteria of the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, and propose a strategy for nominating the ICH in two aspects: the philosophical concept of Chinese landscape architecture and the techniques of gardening. The key to nomination is to sort out the relevant evidence that conforms to the five types of intangible heritage of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, and to improve the existing protection and management measures in accordance with the Operational Directives for the Implementation of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Heritage to improve existing conservation and management measures.
