| Abstract: | Speeding up the construction of national modern advanced measurement system is to adapt to the requirements of the era of major changes in the international measurement system,is an important support for the implementation of the national innovation driven development strategy,and is of great significance to the construction of China’s modern economic system.Based on the summary and analysis of the national modern advanced measurement system,this paper clarifies the generation logic of the national modern advanced measurement system,and clarifies the historical origin,theoretical basis and practical motivation of the modern advanced measurement system.It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of system mechanism,innovation vitality,international influence and talent team. |
