廉金属热电偶的现状与展望

摘    要:本文重点介绍新型廉金属热电偶,镍铬硅—镍硅热电偶及钨铼热电偶的结构、性能及应用现状。探讨了钨铼热偶的防氧化技术、稳定性及使用寿命。结果表明,采用实体型抗氧化钨铼热电偶替代铂铑热电偶,用于工业过程检测,不仅性能稳定,使用寿命长,而且价格便宜,管理方便,是今后的发展方向。

Abstract:This paper was stressed to introduced the structures, properties and the present state of applications for the new type of the cheap metal thermocouples-Ni-Cr-Si/Ni-Si and W-Re thermocouples.Antioxidation technique, stability and working life of the W-Re thermocouple were studied. The results indicated that the solid antioxidation W-Re thermocouple replacing the Pt-Rh thermocouple applied in the industrial processes are not only stable in property, long in working life, but also cheap in price and convenient in maintenance. Application of the W-Re thermocouple will become an inevitable tendency in the future.
