摘    要:针对纯净钢要求低含量O]、N]的目标,采用对不同钢种进行分组分批试验后,得出在电炉 钢包精炼炉 真空处理的条件下单炉次生产纯净钢有效的工艺方法,不仅在冶炼工艺的制定上有所创新,而且对影响纯净钢生产的主要因素进行了分析,并提出了解决措施.

Abstract:Aiming at the target that the purified steel requires the low content of O] and N], an effective (technological)method for producing purified steel by single heat under the condition of electric furnace ladle(refining) furnace vacuum treatment has been obtained through tests on different kinds of steel by grouping. It has made innovation in working out of smelting process. And the main factors which affect the production of purified steel have been analyzed and the measures for solution have also been proposed.
