摘    要:采用齐格勒-纳塔催化剂通过本体聚合制备了反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI),将对其进行热压薄膜处理后的薄片放入液氮中,可以得到单一α-晶型或β-晶型的TPI。傅里叶变换红外光谱分析显示,TPI试样含有2种晶型,而经过液氮冷却并在室温下拉伸到原长4倍的试样在876,841,795,750 cm-1处存在特征吸收峰,聚合产物在谱图中表现出β-晶型的峰位,861 cm-1处的特征吸收峰消失,说明该试样发生了晶型的转变,聚合产物中的α-晶型转变成了β-晶型,处理后的试样中只含有单一的β-晶型。

Abstract:trans-1,4-polyisoprene(TPI)contains four crystal forms,namelyα-crystal form,β-crystal form,and the currently controversialγ-crystal form andδ-crystal form.We commonly study the structure and properties of TPI containing two or more crystal forms,but the effect of a single crystal form of TPI on the properties of polymeric materials is currently under investigation.Herein,a single crystal form of TPI can be synthesized by subjecting a partial Mooney viscosity of TPI to changes in temperature and stretching conditions.
