基于SuperMC的船用反应堆辐射屏蔽结构优化研究

摘    要:船用反应堆辐射屏蔽结构的重量严重影响着船舶的机动性,如何在现有屏蔽空间内进行屏蔽设计以减少屏蔽体的重量,对船舶机动性能提高有着重要意义。本文基于中子输运设计与安全评价软件系统SuperMC中的智能核设计模块对固定屏蔽空间的屏蔽优化问题开展了研究,采用“萨瓦娜”号反应堆模型进行了屏蔽优化计算。结果表明,优化方案相比于原始设计方案屏蔽体重量大幅度减小,该方法为指导船用反应堆辐射屏蔽的材料选择与屏蔽体布局提供了新的技术手段。

Abstract:The weight of the radiation shielding seriously is with great effects on the maneuverability of the ship. It is important to improve the maneuverability of the ship by optimization of radiation shielding in a fixed shielding space and reducing the weight of the shielding. In this paper, the optimization methods of radiation shielding in a fixed space is studied based on SuperMC intelligent nuclear design module, and the shielding optimization design is carried out by using Savannah reactor to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method. The results show that the shielding weight of the optimized scheme is greatly reduced compared with the original design scheme, which proves that this approach provides a new technical means for guiding the material selection and shielding layout of ship reactor radiation shielding.
