| 摘 要： | 针对氨纶的生产及应用,指出了目前氨纶生产企业在产业转型升级过程中亟需解决的几个关键技术,主要包括大容量聚合反应器及纺丝装置体系、废丝的回收处理、生产过程中有害物质的排放等,探讨了上述问题的研究进展及技术解决方案,为氨纶行业的持续稳定发展指明了方向。

| Abstract: | The production and application of Spandex are analyzed and some key technical problems need to be settled in the process of industrial transformation and upgrading are pointed out. These technical problems include large volume polymerization reactor and spinning system, treatment and recovery of Spandex waste, discharge of harmful substances. The research progress and technical solutions of the above problems are discussed and the direction for the sustainable and stable development of Spandex industry is pointed out. |
