新一代高强聚乙烯纤维成套设备及其主要结构特征

摘    要:简要介绍了高强高模聚乙烯纤维(UHMWPE)冻胶断点的湿法纺丝流程。国外同类设备生产线产能均在200 t/a以下,强度也偏低,难以满足用户要求。通过借鉴国外同类设备的部分结构性能,结合公司数十年湿法纺丝相关设备的经验,与国内使用厂家工艺人员探讨并研制成功UHMWPE成套纺丝设备。该设备已通过调试投入生产,产能达到400 t/a。

Abstract:The wet spinning process of gel breaking point of high strength and high modulus polyethylene fiber(UHMWPE) is introduced briefly. The production capacity of foreign similar equipment production lines is below 200 t/a, and the strength is also low, so it is difficult to meet the requirements of users. Based on the structure and performance of similar foreign equipment, combined with our company’s decades of experience in wet spinning related equipment, the complete spinning equipment has been successfully developed through discussing with domestic manufacturers’ technicians, and has been put into production through manufacturing and commissioning, the capacity reaches 400 t/a.
