厚板材专用聚丙烯的结构与性能

摘    要:采用多种测试手段分析了厚板材专用聚丙烯PPH2101与低熔体流动速率专用聚丙烯GN2、进口厚板材专用聚丙烯GW1的结构与性能。结果表明:PPH2101较GN2具有较高的重均分子量,更宽的相对分子质量分布,与GW1相当;PPH2101与GW1的熔融结晶性能相当,链段规整度较GN2差,有助于材料的抗蠕变性能;PPH2101的耐老化性能均优于GN2,较GW1略好。PPH2101的综合性能与GW1相当,较GN2更适用于厚板材领域。

Abstract:The structure and properties of polypropylene specialty for thick plate PPH2101,low melt flow rate PP GN2,and GW1 of imported PP for thick plate were analyzed.The results show that weight average molecular weight and relative molecular weight distribution of PPH2101 are higher than those of GN2 and equivalent to those of GW1.PPH2101 has the same melting crystallization performance as GW1,lower chain segment regularity than GN2,which contribute to the creep resistance of the material.PPH2101 has better aging resistance than GN2 and GW1.The comprehensive properties of PPH2101 are equivalent to those of GW1,which is more suitable for thick plate than GN2.
