摘    要:为了使激光扫描测量跟踪系统拥有更高的探测灵敏度、扫描精度、系统响应速度和更小得体积和质量,提出了一种新型压电驱动球形扫描平台的设计,采用压电装置作为动力源,代替原有传统电机,驱动方式由传统串联改为并联,从而减小了质量和体积目的。通过建立数学模型,来验证结构运动方式,球形扫描平台依靠自身旋转位置实现方位俯仰,从而实现球形平台对目标的扫描和跟踪。利用Pro/ENGINEER建模,简化后导入ANSYS进行模态分析,结果显示该球形转台的前六阶固有频率在1~10kHz之间,不会产生共振情况。最后,在分析验证结果上,做出了实物,并通过激光扫描仪得出模型,通过实际测量计算得到该产品的精度,对加工后实物模型跟原理模型对比,误差范围满足国家标准,符合设计要求。该新型球状扫描平台的设计也为同类扫描平台设计提供了借鉴。

Abstract:In order to make the laser scanning measurement and tracking system have higher detection sensitivity,scanning accuracy,system response speed and smaller volume and mass,a new piezoelectric drive spherical scanning platform design is proposed,which uses piezoelectric devices as the power source.Instead of the traditional motor,the driving mode is changed from traditional series to parallel,which reduces the purpose of mass and volume.By establishing a mathematical model to verify the movement of the structure,the spherical scanning platform relies on its own rotation position to achieve azimuth pitch,so that the spherical platform can scan and track the target.Modeling with Pro/ENGINEER and importing ANSYS for modal analysis after simplification,the results show that the first six natural frequencies of the spherical turntable are between 1 kHz and 10 kHz,and no resonance will occur.Finally,based on the analysis and verification results,we made a real object,and obtained the model through a laser scanner.The accuracy of the product was obtained through actual measurement and calculation.The actual physical model was compared with the principle model after processing design requirements.The design of the new spherical scanning platform also provides a reference for the design of similar scanning platforms.
