摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纯SnO2和1.5wt%、3wt%和4.5wt%Ag-SnO2纳米颗粒样品,并采用x射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量色散x射线(EDAX)等分析方法对样品进行了结构、形貌和成分的表征研究。随后在特定温度、特定浓度(目标气体为硫化氢)的条件下,测试上述4种样品对H2S气体的敏感特性。结果显示,在100℃的工作温度下,3wt%Ag-SnO2对450 ppm硫化氢气体(H2S)具有良好的敏感特性。

Abstract:In this study,pure SnO2 and 1.5 wt%,3 wt%and 4.5 wt%Ag-SnO2 nanoparticles are prepared by sol-gel method.The structure,morphology and composition of the samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive X-ray analysis(EDAX).Subsequently,under the conditions of specific temperature and H2S concentration,the sensitivity for H2S gas of above four samples was tested.The results show that 3 wt%Ag-SnO2 has good sensitivity to 450 ppm H2S gas at the operating temperature of 100℃.
