摘    要:综述了近年来应用在3D打印成型技术中的高分子材料。其中,通用塑料包括综合性能优异的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物、可生物降解的聚乳酸和聚己内酯;典型工程塑料和特种工程塑料主要包括聚碳酸酯和聚醚醚酮;热固性塑料主要有光敏树脂。不同的高分子材料性能不同,所采用的3D打印技术也各不相同,最终制备的3D打印制件应用领域也各不相同。除了对制件母材进行筛选外,3D打印工艺参数也会对制件质量产生显著的影响,而计算机辅助技术在这一方面的应用较为广泛。

Abstract:This paper reviews the application of polymer materials in three dimensional(3D)printing in recent years,among which general plastics include acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)plastics with excellent comprehensive properties,biodegradable polylactic acid and polycaprolactone,typical engineering plastics and special engineering plastics covering polycarbonate and polyether,as well as thermosetting plastics such as photosensitive resin.Due to the different properties of the macromolecule materials,different 3D printing technologies are used and the application fields of 3D printing parts are also different.The process parameters of 3D printing exert impact on the base material selection and the quality of the parts,and computer-aided technology is widely used in this area.
