高层建筑塑料给水管道水压的非常规无损检测技术综述

摘    要:综述了高层建筑塑料给水管道水压的非常规无损检测技术。高层建筑塑料给水管道在进行水压实验检测时,周围环境温度变化会影响实验结果,出现误差;在开始水压实验前,必须进行管道的预压处理,这样可消除管道变形产生的影响;高层建筑塑料给水管道在进行水压实验检测时,应尽可能消除所有可能产生误差的因素。以某高层房屋漏水为例,对楼上房间内的热水管道、冷水管道进行水压实验,发现热水管道质量状况出现异常,有渗漏点存在,管道在实际检测中已破损,压力降很快超出GB 50242-2016要求的0.05 MPa。

Abstract:This paper reviews the unconventional nondestructive testing technologies for water pressure of plastic water supply pipes in high-rise buildings.When the plastic water supply pipe of high-rise building is tested by water pressure test,the changes of ambient temperature will lead to errors in the test results.The pipe must be pre pressed before the water pressure test to eliminate the impact of pipe deformation.It is necessary to eliminate all the possible factors to ensure that the experimental results are free of large errors before water pressure test.The water pressure test was carried out on the hot and cold water pipelines where leakage occurred in a high-rise building.It is found that the conditions of the hot water pipeline was abnormal,where exist leakage points.The pipeline was found being damaged in the actual detection,and the pressure drop soon exceeded 0.05 MPa required by the national standard GB 502422016.
