住房市场化背景下我国社区儿童游戏场营建模式及其问题初探

在全球城市化进程中,基于儿童健康成长的空间需求日益迫切。我国在儿童友好型城市建设方面起步较晚,社区游戏场建设也相应滞后,主要是在商品房浪潮中逐渐推广发展起来的,并由私营企业建设与维护。这种市场导向的营建模式,与商品房市场中占比较大的门禁社区相叠加,对社区儿童游戏场的建设标准、空间布局和使用效果产生了深远影响。通过对城市尺度类似但营建模式不同的中美城市社区游戏场营建的比较研究,围绕可达性、可共享性、多样性、安全性和趣味性等5个要素,探讨和揭示当前我国社区儿童游戏场的营建模式对其建设标准、空间格局以及实际使用效果的社会空间影响与问题,并提出相应的政策建议。

A Pilot Examination of the Community Playground Development in China after Housing Reform

The space demand for children’s healthy growth is increasingly urgent in the process of global urbanization.Starting late in the construction of child-friendly cities,China also lags in the construction of community playgrounds,which is gradually promoted since the housing reform.Therefore,the communities’playgrounds have been mainly provided and maintained by private organizations.This market-oriented construction mode,superimposed by the gated communities taking up a larger percentage in the commercial housing market,has a far-reaching influence on the construction standards,spatial layout and practical use effect of communities’playgrounds.This paper conducts a comparative study on the construction and operation of communities’playgrounds in Chinese and American cities with a similar spatial scale.Based on five key elements,it discusses and reveals the influence and problems of the current construction pattern on construction standards,spatial structure and practical use effect.Then it concludes with corresponding policy suggestions.
