建筑物评估属资产评估中的单项评估，在此项评估过程中，关键数据的取得、具体评估对象的考查、评估方法的运用、评估结果的确定等关键程序上，建筑专业技术人员担负了主要工作任务。随着国际经济一体化和中国加入WTO，涉及到建筑物资产的产权转让、企业重组、破产清算、资产抵押和资产纳税等经济行为的日益普及，建筑专业技术人员将发挥更大的作用。

The action of architectural technician in building assessment

Building assessment is individual evaluation in capital rating. In the course of the assessment the architectural technician assumes the main task in key procedure as acquisition of the key datum, the application of the assessment methods, determination of the assessment result and so on. With the integration of the international economy and admission to WTO of China, the economic behaviors as equity transfer, recombination of enterprises, pledge of assets and paying taxes are popularized.
