摘    要:废旧车用三元催化器富含贵金属铂、钯及铑。研究了湿法技术从废三元催化器中提取钯,采取的工艺流程为,预处理-初浸-王水浸出-赶硝赶酸-丁二酮肟-氯仿萃取钯-NaOH反萃取钯-氨水络合钯。考察了液固比、温度和时间对王水浸出钯的影响;萃取时间、温度、丁二酮肟用量和氯仿用量对钯萃取率的影响;NaOH溶液浓度对钯反萃取率的影响。

Abstract:Waste car catalytic converters have high content of platinum group of platinum, palladium, and rhodium. Extraction procedure of palladium from waste ternary catalysts were investigated. The main process were performed as follows, pretreatment, first immersion, aqua regia leaching, nitrate drive acid, succinct ketone oxime-chloroform extraction of palladium-NaOH reverse extraction-ammonia complexion palladium. The influence of liquid/solid ratio, temperature and time on the aqua regia leaching, extraction time, temperature, dosage of butyl ketone oxime dosage, chloroform for palladium extraction rate and reduction steps for the purification of the consumption of reagent were investigated.
