| 摘 要： | 研究高乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶（HVBR）在高性能半钢成品胎中的工艺性能和成品胎的室外性能，对HVBR在成品胎中的综合性能进行了试验研究。结果表明，相比于原配方轮胎，HVBR部分代替SSBR胶料的乘坐舒适度和耐磨性略好。含HVBR轮胎的动力和挤出性能较好，滚动阻力、高速耐久性、干地操控性和经济性与原配方相当。

| Abstract: | The process performance of high vinyl polybutadiene rubber (HVBR) in high performance semi steel tire tread and the outdoor performance of finished product were investigated, and the comprehensive properties of HVBR in finished product were explored. The results showed that, in comparison to the original formula tire, the tread rubber of SSBR partly replaced by HVBR has slightly better ride quality and wear resistance performance. The power and extrusion performance of tire with HVBR are better, the rolling resistance, high durability, dry ground control and economic properties almost same as the original formula. |
