对地目标侦察威胁权重分析研究

基于对地侦察平台及其性能参数的统计数据,分析了航天与航空侦察威胁特点,总结了地面目标曝露征候。采用层次分析法建立了对地目标侦察威胁权重评估模型,确定了各种影响因子的分析方法,计算获得雷达、红外及光学侦察威胁权重分别为25%、14%和61%。为地面特定目标进行侦察威胁分析提供了新的方法,对地面目标隐身设计与作战效能分析评估具有一定的指导意义。
