摘    要:随着石油资源的日益紧张和环保问题的日益严重,我国越来越重视废润滑油回收再生和再利用。本文从传统酸洗工艺、溶剂精制、加氢精制三个方面讨论了废润滑油再生技术的研究进展和国内外废润滑油再生企业的技术特点,重点介绍了天津凯赛特科技有限公司开发的NMP(N-甲基吡咯烷酮)混合溶剂精制工艺,该工艺产品色度达到0.8,基础油收率可达80%以上,溶剂消耗0.5 kg/t废油,并且具有节能、环保等优点。

Abstract:With the increasing tension of oil resources and the growing problem of environmental protection, China has paid more and more attention to the recycling and recycling of waste lubricating oil. In this paper, the research progress of waste lubricating oil regeneration technology and the technical characteristics of waste lubricating oil enterprises at home and abroad are discussed from three aspects of traditional pickling process, solvent refining and hydrorefining. This paper focuses on the NMP (N-methylpyrrolidone) mixed solvent refining process developed by Tianjin Chemical Seperation Technology Co., Ltd.. The color of the process product reaches 0.8, the base oil yield can reach 80% or more, the solvent consumes 0.5 kg per ton of waste oil, and has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection.
