摘    要:一步法高纯碳酸锶制备工艺主要包括天青石还原、浸取、纯化、沉淀4个环节。对高纯碳酸锶制备的纯化和沉淀过程进行了研究,主要对碱析一重结晶法制备高纯氢氧化锶溶液的工艺参数及碳化过程中碳酸锶的纯度、颗粒大小分布的影响因素等进行试验研究。结果表明:碳酸锶的纯度取决于氢氧化锶的重结晶次数,而氢氧化锶水溶液的浓度和二氧化碳的流速对碳酸锶颗粒的大小及其分布有重要的影响。

Abstract:A new preparation method ("Single-stage Process") of high purity SrCO_(3) was investigated,which mainly included four critical processes:reduction,leaching,purification and precipitation.The process parameters for the preparation of high purity Sr(OH)_2 solution with alkali decomposition-recrystallization method and the influence factors on the purity and particle size distribution of SrCO_3 were studied.The results showed that the purity of SrCO_3 was dependent upon the recrystallization times of SrCO_3 and the concentration of Sr(OH)_2 solution and the flow rate of CO_2 had an important effect on the particle size and distribution of SrCO_3.
