百叶窗水平浓淡煤粉燃烧器浓淡气流分配的试验研究

摘    要:百叶窗浓缩器结构参数对水平浓淡煤粉燃烧器的性能有很大的影响。建立了百叶窗浓缩器浓淡气流分配试验台。试验得到了百叶窗浓缩器叶片宽度及叶片布置形式变化时浓淡气流分配的变化规律;当百叶窗浓缩器的阻塞比、叶片倾角相同时,随着叶片宽度的增加,对气流的导向作用加大,浓淡风比值(RQ)增加;当叶片宽度、叶片倾角及叶片级数相同时,叶片布置形式对RQ的影响较小,但总的趋势为远离喷嘴出口处的叶片对气流的导向作用要大一些。图6表2参9

Abstract:The effect of structure parameters of the louver concentrator on the properties of horizontal bias pulverized coal burners is very large. The experimental bench of distribution of dense airflow and lean airflow was established. The law of distribution of dense airflow and lean airflow is gained when changing blade width and blade arrangement by experiments. At the same of the ratio value of clog elevation to concentrator width and inclination angle of the blade, the directing effect of the blade to airflow becomes large with increasing blade width, the ratio value R_Q of dense air flow rate to lean air flow rate increases; at the same of blade width, inclination angle of the blade and the blade number, the effect of blade arrangement on the R_Q is very feeble, but generally, there is a tendency that the guiding effect of the blade to air flow is a little stronger with the increase of distance from the blade to burner exit.
