| 摘 要： | 利用指标指示法,从房价上升幅度与GDP增幅之比、房价收入比、房地产投资增幅与GDP增幅之比、商品房空置率、房地产投资资金来源等指标入手,对大连市房地产市场泡沫存在与否及其程度进行了实证研究。结果表明:从2000年到2007年,大连市房地产市场出现了投资过热、商品房空置积压等现象,存在一定的泡沫威胁,并由此提出了相应的对策和建议。
