树脂基复合材料阻燃技术研究

摘    要:结合树脂基复合材料在基础设施工程中的应用开发研究,对阻燃技术的发展历程,成功与失败的工程案例以及无卤化阻燃技术的开发背景和发展趋势,进行分析和研究;充分论证了氢氧化铝阻燃体系的优点和潜力;提出了这种阻燃体系设计的基本原则和技术措施;关键应用技术包括颗粒直径选择、合理级配以及表面处理、助剂应用及其相关程序等。最高添加量可高达300phr,适用的工艺包括拉挤、SMC/BMC,RTM、手糊及喷射等,在若干领域均有广泛应用。指出我国目前存在的问题,主要差距及今后的研究课题等。

Abstract:Based on the study of application development of resin matrix composites in infrastrucuture,development history,success and failure of project case and development background and development trend of non-halogenation technology are analyzed and studied in this paper,the advantages and potentiality of alumina trihydrate(ATH) are fully demonstrated,the design principle and technical measure of the flame retardant system is given.The key application technology includes particle diameter selection,rational mixing ratio,surface treatment,auxiliary application and relevant procedure etc.The highest additives content can be as high as 300 phr,suitable for pultrusion,SMC/BMC,RTM,hand lay-up and spray-up etc.Existing problems,main shortage and research subjects are also pointed out.
