电潜泵挡砂器的研制与应用

摘    要:针对电潜泵采油过程中出现地层出砂现象,造成砂埋电潜泵或砂粒磨损电潜泵,引起油井不能生产或生产周期缩短的问题,研制了电潜泵挡砂器。该挡砂器主要由联通接头、皮碗座、密封皮碗、内管、联接头、分流接头、挡砂管、外管、下接头等组成。生产时将挡砂器安装在电潜泵之下,密封皮碗紧贴套管内壁,由于密封皮碗喇叭口方向向下,使携砂井液不能从密封皮碗外侧向上流动,只能进入外管上部的进液槽,携砂井液进入外管后,砂粒被挡住落入下部的沉砂尾管内。胜利油田5口井的现场试验表明,电潜泵挡砂器起到了防砂的作用。

Development and application of sand retention tool of electric submersible pump(ESP)
Abstract:For solving the problem of sand production in the formation with ESP operating to bury the ESP or wear the ESP and resulting in abnormal production or short production period, the sand retention tool for ESP is developed. It mainly consists of joint, cup support, sealed cup, inner tube, bush, joint intersection, sand retention tube, outer tube and lower joint. The sand retention tool is installed beneath the ESP and the sealed cup is closely hugged with the inner wall of the casing. Since the trumpet end of the sealed cup faces downward, the sand-carrying fluid can not flow upward from the outer side of the sealed cup, but can only enter the inlet channel of the upper outer tube. When the sand-carrying fluid enters the outer tube, the sand is kept off and drops into the lower sand tail pipe. The field application shows that the sand retention tool can prevent sand production.
