摘    要:为了实现对角度的高精度测量,设计并实现了一种达到16位高分辨率,并且数字信号能稳定输出的圆感应同步器角度测量系统.根据圆感应同步器和轴角数字转换器的工作原理,对系统的核心器件AD2S80A芯片的外围元件参数进行了合理优化,并且设计了一种高精度、低噪声的前置放大电路提高系统的抗干扰性能.实验结果表明系统显示角度分辨率为0.1",角度测量误差为±0.3",达到设计要求.

Abstract:In order to measure angle precisely, the angular measuring system that has achieved 16 bit high resolution and outputed digital signal stably is designed and accomplished. According to the working principles of round inductosyn and resolver-digital converter, the external components of the converter AD2S80A are optimized. A high precision and low noise preamplifier is designed for improving the system ability of anti-jamming. It has been proved by the experimental results that the system achieved the design requirements, which angular resolution of display is 0.1" and measuring error of angle is ±0.3".
