摘    要:应用溶剂化金属原子浸渍(SMAI)法制备了4种不同金属含量的Ni/SiO_2催化剂。XRD、化学吸附和磁测定结果表明,随着催化剂中金属含量的升高,Ni颗粒的平均直径增大,与金属含量相同的用普通浸渍(CI)法制备的Ni/SiO_2催化剂相比,SMAI催化剂的分散度和在二丙酮醇、苯的加氢反应中的催化活性要离得多。同时还观察到了Ni颗粒大小对二丙酮醇和苯加氢反应催化活性的影响。


Preparation of Highly Dispersed Supported Metal Catalysts via Solvated Metal Atom Impregiation——Metal Loading Effects on Dispersivity and talytic Activity
Abstract:The solvated metal atom impregnation (SMAI) te(?) was employed to prepare Ni/SiO_2 catalysts with different Ni loadings. The results of XRD, chemisorption and magnetic measurements showed that as the metal loadings of the catalysts increased, the Ni particle sizes increased. Compared with conventional impregnation (CI) Ni/SiO_2 catalysts having the same metal loadomgs, SMAI catalysts showed a much higher dispersivity and much greater activities in hydrogenation of diacetone alcohol and benzene. Nickel particle size effects on the catalytic activities for hydrogenation of diacetone alcohol and benzene were also observed.
