| Abstract: | In this article, the research progress on determination of chemical components, such as total saponins, syringoside, polysaccharides, trace elements, in Acanthopanax senticosus Harms were introduced. The common methods include： high performance liquid chromatography, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, high performance capillary electrophoresis, eolorimetrie method. The principle and application of the above methods were also described in this article. |
