转炉终点控制技术及应用

摘    要:简要介绍了转炉吹炼终点控制数学模型及终点控制技术的研发历程,评述了副枪测定法、成分测算法和气相定碳法等终点控制方法,以及常规拉碳、增碳操作方法。指出发达国家的转炉有逐步采用烟气分析技术代替副枪控制转炉终点碳的趋势。烟气分析技术也是国内中小转炉实现终点控制的首选方法。

Abstract:The blowing mathematical model and development history of the end-point control technology of converter is briefly reduced and the end-point control methods,such as sublance measure technology,composition calculation method,gas phase process(mass-spectrometer measurement),etc.as well as the conventional catch carbon method and carburizing method are commented.At the same time,the authors point out that the stack-gas analysis technology has the tendency to be used by developed country gradually instead of sublance technology to control the aim carbon content and the first method to be selected by internal mini-medium converter also.
