| 摘 要： | 针对KDF2滤棒成形机组产量计数器使用中存在的不足之处 ,介绍了一种基于单片机的滤棒支数采集电路 ,具有滤棒支数采集 ,班产与累计产量计算 ,产量显示等功能 ,而且数据采集精度高 ,既可独立使用 ,也可通过RS 4 85接口与车间服务器连接 ,作为数采系统的智能采集模块

| Abstract: | To avoid the deficiencies of output counter in KDF2 filter rod making machine, a filter rod counting and data collecting circuit based on single chip computer was introduced. It has the functions of filter rods counting and displaying shift and accumulative production with high accuracy. It can be used independently or connected to a workshop server by RS-485 interface as an intelligent collecting module in a data collecting system. |
