摘    要:陕西延长石油(集团)有限责任公司炼化公司延安石油化工厂1.4 Mt·a-1柴油加氢装置在不全部更换催化剂情况下,采用FH-98A型与FHUDS-6型催化剂级配技术生产国Ⅴ柴油。工业应用结果表明,相同操作条件下,柴油产品硫含量由28 μg·g-1降至小于10 μg·g-1,氮含量由26 μg·g-1降至小于10 μg·g-1,脱硫和脱氮率由97.0%提高至99.0%,装置单位能耗基本持平,较设计值约降30%,柴油质量达国Ⅴ标准要求。

Abstract:Without replacing all the catalysts, 1.4 Mt · a- 1 diesel hydrogenation unit in Yan' an Petrochemical Plant of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co. , Ltd. applied the grade technique of FH-98A and FHUDS-6 catalysts to produce the diesel which met the requirements of China V diesel standard,providing a technical demonstration of quality upgrade of diesel in old unit using former catalysts. The results of commercial application showed that under the same operating conditions, sulfur contents of diesel products dropped from 28 μg · g-1 to below 10 μg · g-1 ,nitrogen content reduced from 26 μg · g-1 to below 10 μg · g-1 ,desulfurization rate and denitrification rate increased from 97.0% to 99.0%. The energy consumption per unit essentially changed little, reducing about 30% of designment capacity. The product quality met the requirements for energy consumption compared with China V diesel standard.
