矿用重型采掘装备振动传感器优化配置方法

摘    要:针对重型采掘装备振动测试中传感器布置优化的问题,建立了以连续采煤机为研究对象的刚柔耦合虚拟样机模型。在虚拟样机模型中设置截割滚筒载荷激励及传感器虚拟测点,计算结构各阶模态振型及各测点振动响应能量。分析结果表明,通过模态振型及模态运动能数值可以有效判断传感器布置数目,优化传感器布置位置,并为后续连采机振动测试实验提供理论依据。

Abstract:In view of the problem on sensor optimization placement in vibration test about the heavy mining equipment,a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model about the continuous miner that was taken as the object of study is built.The actuating load about cutter drum and virtual test points about sensor are set in virtual prototype model.The model modes of the equipment and the vibration energy of the test points are calculated.The analyzing results indicate that the number of sensor can be decided efficiently and the placement about sensor can be optimized though the numerical value of model modes and mode kinematic energy.The conclusion should be taken as the theoretical basis for the future vibration test about continuous miner.
