| 摘 要： | 长距离带式输送机在运行过程中,会出现输送带跑偏、纵撕、打滑、断带、堆煤等故障,其中跑偏是最常见的故障。因此,采取适当的输送带保护措施,防止各种故障的频发,并对故障适时诊断,尽早发现故障部位,及时解决,以减少因停机造成的损失。

| Abstract: | In the process of running of belt conveyor,there are some faults happened such as off tracking,vertical ripping,trackslip,belt break and coal piling,etc..The most frequent fault is off tracking.So it is essential to take proctective action to the belt,against all kinds of frequent faults;Timely diagnosing to any faults,detecting the position of breakdown as early as possible,and solving them can reduce the incurred loss for machine halt. |
