BEIJING-FANUCOi-MA数控系统在X53T立式铣床数控改造中的应用

摘    要:我国有大量的机床采用落后的手工操作方式,效率低,能耗高,工人的劳动强度大,因此,对普通机床进行数控改造是刻不容缓的事情。介绍了X53T立式铣床数控化改造的方案,重点介绍了铣床的电气系统改造。改造后的铣床在零件加工精度及加工效率等方面都有明显的提高。

Abstract:China has a large number of machines using backward manual mode of operation,low efficiency,high energy consumption,the labor intensity of workers,therefore,transform the ordinary CNC machine tools is an urgent matter.The X53T vertical milling machine program transformation,focusing on the transformation of the electrical system of milling are introduced.After transformation,the milling and machining accuracy in the parts and other aspects of processing efficiency was improved.
