高水基液压系统元件性能的分析与应用

摘    要:高水基液压系统用元件需要解决水基液易泄漏、易气蚀等问题,元件自身需要有较高的防锈抗腐蚀能力。水基专用柱塞泵是高水基液压系统的首选液压泵,中低压系统也可以适当选用高压齿轮泵;液压阀应尽量选用插装阀和电磁先导换向阀。选用时还应从实用性和经济性出发,选择适合于相应高水基液压系统的液压元件。

Abstract:The components of high-water-based hydraulic system need to be resolved easily fluid leak and easily cavitation erosion and so on,they need to have against rust and corrosion resistance.The ram pump for water-based-liquid is first choice to high-water-based hydraulic system,middle or low pressure hydraulic system can also be an appropriate choice of high-pressure gear pump;cartridge valves and solenoid pilot valve should be use in high-water-based hydraulic system.Should choose the hydraulic components which are applicable to the high-water-based hydraulic system on usability and efficiency.
