矿山特殊巷道乘人装置的张紧装置优化设计

摘    要:以煤矿现有的斜井井巷为研究对象,在提出了一种新型的矿山特殊巷道乘人装置的基础上,主要对该装置中的张紧装置进行了优化设计,利用变频调速技术实现对张紧力的自动调节,同时引入虚拟仪器技术使张紧力随着在乘人数的变化得到实时优化调节。

Abstract:Inclined-well tunnel which mine already has is used as the research object to put a new manned device in mine specific tunnel.Main designs strain device of the device,the frequency converted speed governing technology is used to realize real-time strain parameters self-regulation.At the same time virtual instrument technology is introduced to its regulation by obtaining strain parameters real-time optimal adjustment along with number of people on lift.
