基于有限元分析的锤式破碎机传动部分优化设计

摘    要:结合现代设计理论,对锤式破碎机进行了设计计算,进行了三维造型。基于有限单元法,对轮毂和轴的配合面应力最大部位进行了分析,并详细分析了不同材质的键的应力应变规律等,对键的选材进行了优化。对节能降耗和环境保护亦具有一定价值。

Abstract:According to modern design theory,the hammer crusher and the three dimensional modeling has been designed.Based on FEM,the wheel/axle interface with the largest stress were analyzed.And the materials selection of the keys are optimized.All these are great valuable for energy saving and environmental protection.
