金属摩擦表面自修复技术在牙钻螺杆式空压机上的应用

摘    要:介绍金属摩擦表面自修复技术在牙轮钻机空压机上的应用效果。对应用该技术前后的空压机进行了振动、温度和噪声测试,结果表明,经过金属摩擦表面自修复技术处理后,达到了减摩、抗磨、修复已产生的磨损、降低振动噪音、延长空压机大修周期和使用寿命的效果,对增产节支起到良好作用。

Abstract:The effect of applying the metallic friction-generation technique on the air-compressor of a gear-driven drilling machine is introduced.The vibration,temperature and noise of compressor were measured before and after using this technique.The results showed that this technique can effectively reduce friction,resist wear and repair the worn surface in a certain degree.The vibration and noise of compressor can be also reduced,so that the overhaul and service life can be prolonged,that is very beneficial to the increase of production and saving of energy.
