煤矿避灾引导指挥系统的设计

摘    要:针对目前矿井灾害救援时通信不畅的问题,提出了一种新型的煤矿避灾引导指挥系统的设计方案,介绍了系统硬件组成和软件设计。该系统采用井下本安LED信号牌、语音通信信号装置以及具备汉字短信功能的精确定位无线编码收发器,在紧急状况下,通过红绿灯联动指引、文字显示提示、实时语音播报以及精确定位短信报警功能,实现了对井下人员安全、快速、有效撤离的引导。实际应用证明,该系统有效提高了井上井下救援通信的可靠性,对提高矿井救灾指挥的水平具有重要意义。

Abstract:In view of the problem of communication difficulty existed in rescuing miners when coal mine disaster happens,the paper proposed a novel design scheme of guide and command system for safe act of rescue in coal mine,and introduced hardware configuration and software design of the system.The system adopts intrinsically safe LED annunicator,voice communication and signal device and RFID transceivers for accurate location with Chinese messaging function to guide underground miners to evacuate from disaster rapidly and effectively in emergency situation by use of linkage indication of traffic lights,Chinese message instruction,real-time speech broadcast,short message alarm through precise location transceiver and so on.The practical application proved the system effectively enhanced reliability of emergency communication on the ground and underground,and has important significance to improve rescue capability in coal mine disaster.
