基于Pro/E4.0直齿圆柱齿轮的全参数化设计

摘    要:全参数化设计是快速研究与开发同类产品的重要手段。以Pro/E4.0软件为平台,以直齿圆柱齿轮为研究对象,对其模型各参数之间的关系进行了分析,并利用方程式曲线、曲面拉伸、曲面合并、曲面实体化、曲面阵列和PROGRAM等命令,对直齿圆柱齿轮进行了全参数化设计。该全参数化设计的直齿圆柱齿轮通过PROGRAM命令修改其中的几个主要参数,能够快速得到相应参数的直齿圆柱齿轮,体现了全参数化设计快捷、方便的优点。

Abstract:All parametric design is an important manner quickly study and development of similar product,using Pro/E4.0 software,to spur cylinder gear for the study,through the analysis spur cylinder gear model each parameter between relations,and using the equation carve plan method,surface tension,surface merge,surface materialized,surface array and program commands and so on,has carried on the all parametric design to the spur cylinder gear.After the parameter of spur cylinder gears,can be change by program command changing the main appropriate parameters,can quickly get correspond parameters spur cylinder gear.Reflects the advantage of fast and convenience all parametric design.
