摘    要:研究了TiO2粒子尺寸及其分布对BaTiO3系PTC热敏电阻元件一些电性能的影响,并探讨了有关机理。研究表明,粒子平均尺寸增大,可使室温电阻率ρ25和耐电压Vb适当提高,但可能使PTC效应有所下降;粒子尺寸分布变宽可使ρ25和Vb下降,但可能使PTC效应增强。

Abstract:The effects of particle size and distribution of TiO2 powder on the electric performances of BaTiO3 PTC thermistors have been discussed in this paper. The investigation shows that room temperature resistivity ρ25 and puncture voltage Vbincrease with the mean particle size of TiO2 powder, but PTC effect may be decreases; as the size distribution of TiO2 powder becomes broader ρ25 and Vb decrease and PTC effect may be increased in some degree.
