摘    要:随钻扩眼技术是近年来兴起的一项钻井新技术,其原理是采用随钻扩眼工具在套管下边钻边扩,最终实现井眼尺寸比领眼钻头尺寸大,以达到提高完井质量及解决复杂事故的目的。胜利油田钻井院研制开发了随钻扩眼工具JK215-237,介绍了随钻扩眼工具的结构及特点,详细叙述了该工具在垦628井现场试验情况,试验结果表明,JK215-237随钻扩眼工具结构合理,能够实现套管下边钻边扩,扩眼的结果能够提高完井质量,该工具的研制与应用对随钻扩眼技术的应用以及随钻扩眼工具的研制具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:The technology of reaming while drilling is a new drilling technology raised in recent years. The principle is reaming while drilling under the casing by the reamer, ultimately, the hole size is bigger than the bit size, which improves the well completion quality and solve the complicated accidents. Drilling technology research institute of Shengli Oilfield has developed the model JK215-237 underreamer. The structure and characteristics of the underreamer is introduced, and the condition of filed test in Kun628 well is described. The test results indicate that the structure of the model JK215-237 underreamer is reasonable, and it can realize the reaming while drilling under casing and improve the well completion quality. The development and application of this reamer has an important significance to the technology of reaming while drilling and the development of the reamer while drilling.
