| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》颁布实施后,分割城乡规划的时代即将过去,城乡的二元结构正在被打破,城乡统筹发展的崭新时代已经来临。城乡规划工作是一项涉及面广、政策性强的系统工程,深入研究城乡规划工作,充分认识城镇的特征,以科学的手段和方法解决城乡规划工作中存在的问题,对保证城镇的合理布局与健康发展,促进地方经济增长和社会进步具有重要意义。本文针对江阴新一轮优化城乡发展中存在的问题和矛盾,结合江阴城乡规划工作的实践和体会,总结并提出了一些新的工作思路。
