| 摘 要： | 提出了一种提高非对称频响声表面波滤波器带外抑制的方法，即采用特殊设计的多条耦合器加吸声介质；接收叉指换能器选取适当加权，得到更低的旁瓣电平。这些措施使声表面波滤波器的带外抑制提高到－４５ｄＢ以上，陷波点－５５ｄＢ以上，矩形系数也大为改善

| Abstract: | A method for improving out band rejection of the nonsymmetric frequency response SAWF is presented.That is,a special multistrip coupler which added absorbent is used and the receiving IDT is selected by a proper weight to realize a lower level of the sidelobes.The out band rejection and the trap wave point of SAWF are up to above -45 dB and -55 dB respectively,the rectangular factor is also greatly improved. |
