催化重整装置预加氢压降分析及对策

摘    要:预加氢压降高,是几乎所有催化重整装置都要面对的生产瓶颈问题.作者着重统计了中国石油大庆炼化公司炼油一厂35万t/a催化重整装置2006年至2008年预加氢部分压降变化情况,分析了该重整装置预加氢压降分布情况和压降变化情况,提出了降低重整装置预加氢压降的具体措施,以及目前该重整装置预加氢压降状况.

Abstract:The high pressure drop is bottleneck problem in almost all catalytic reforming unit.Prehydrogenation pressure drop statistics of 350 kt/a catalytic reforming unit in No.1 refining plant,PetroChina Daqing Refining&Chemical Company during 2006 to 2008 were carried out emphatically in this paper.Distribution conditions and change conditions of the prehydrogenation pressure drop in the unit were analyzed.Method of lowering down the prehydrogenation pressure drop was proposed,and the present conditions of prehyd...
