Abstract:To improve the process of potassium sulphate prepared from phosphogypsum(under study,no product,only method) in ammonia solution,the process of potassium sulphate prepared from phosphogypsum in the system of ethanol and ammonia was investigated.The reaction conditions are:6% ethanol,concentration of 25% ammonia solution,the reaction temperature is 25 ℃,the reaction time is 1.5 h,the proportion of liquid to solid is 5.0∶1,the charge ratio is 1.15∶2.Under this condition,Mass fraction of potassium hydroxide is about 40%,yields of potassium hydroxide is about 75%.
