摘    要:武汉钢电股份有限公司锅炉燃用固态煤粉和气态高炉煤气两种燃料,由于大量掺烧高炉煤气,造成飞灰含碳量较高,经过一系列的运行调整及设备改造后,飞灰含碳量已达到设计要求。提高了安全性及经济性。

Abstract:Two different kinds of fuels,the solid state coal powder and blast furnace gas are used in the boilers of Wuhan Steel & Electricity Co.Ltd.The carbon content in the ash of the boilers is found to be relatively high due to the mixture of large quantity of the blast furnace gas in the fuel.Through repeated readjustment of the running schedule and transformation of the equipments the carbon content in the ash has already attained the designed a specification and safety and economic efficiencies have been markedly improved.
