基于博弈论的钢铁行业节能减排对策分析

摘    要:针对现阶段在钢铁行业实施节能减排仍存在诸方面障碍的问题,借助博弈论,分析了影响钢铁行业节能减排的因素,建立了钢铁行业节能减排博弈模型,结果显示,政府对钢铁行业的政策取向、政府的监管效率和钢铁行业的自身因素都影响了其是否采取节能减排的行为。在模型分析的基础上,提出了促进钢铁企业节能减排的对策建议。

Abstract:The iron and steel industry (ISI) consumes large quantity of energy and produces and emits huge volumes of pol -lutants.In this period, some obstacles still exist in the implementation of energy saving and emission reduction (ESER) in this industry.Based on game theory , the influencing factors which affect the implementation of energy saving and emission reduction were analyzed .According to the results , the government's strategy towards the ISI , the regulation efficiency of government , the cost and benefit of ESER in this industry , and the scale of the iron and steel plant all affect the implementation of ESER in this industry.On the basis of the model analysis , some suggestions that stimulate the implementation of ESER in this industry were given.
