多轴重型特种平板车新型转向机构的设计

摘    要:分析了多轴重型特种平板车转向机构的特点,提出了一种新型转向机构,进行了机构的原理分析和原型设计,建立了多刚体动力学仿真模型,并进行了仿真分析和验证。结果表明,新型机构特别适用于宽体独纵梁多轴特种重型平板车,具有结构简单、布置方便等优点。

Abstract:The features of the steering mechanism of heavy -duty special multi-axis flatbed vehicle were analyzed .Then a new steering mechanism was proposed , and its principle and original models were studied .The multi-body dynamics simulation analysis and verification were done for the new steering mechanism .The results show that the new steering mechanism can meet the steering requirements of the vehicle .It has the advantages of simple structure and easy arrangement , especially for the heavy-duty special wide multi -axis ones .
