摘 要: | 以某主机厂开发的启停式电控管理系统项目为依托,通过大量实验验证了启停式发动机电控管理系统的安全性和经济性。在验证启停式发动机电控系统在整车上实现其功能后,在整车转毂上基于ECE-EUDC道路工况得到了配备有启停系统的整车油耗和排放的结果。实验结果表明,该启停式发动机电控系统具有可靠的安全性,与传统汽车相比,油耗降低约0.4 L/100 km,实现了节能的目的。

Abstract: | The start-stop EMS system was developed for an auto company .Through a lot of experiments , the safety and fuel economy of Start-Stop system were confirmed .Compared with the traditional engine electric system , the feature and realization of EMS were introduced .The function of start-stop engine system equipped in car was realized .And then, the fuel and emission result of the car equipped the start -stop system was obtained in test room by using the EUDC driving cycle .The test indicates that the start-stop system is safe.Compared with traditional vehicle , it can save 0.4L /km fuel and the goal of saving fuel can be achieved . |
