| 摘 要： | 效能评估问题是军事系统工程领域研究的热点之一。在对防护工程效能及效能评估内涵进行探讨的基础上，给出防护工程效能评估的基本步骤，阐述防护工程效能评估的意义，初步研究了防护工程效能评估的指标体系。归纳和综述了防护工程效能评估常用模型和方法，分析防护工程效能评估研究的现状，并对防护工程效能评估研究的重点进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Effectiveness evaluation is a research hotspot in the military system engineering realm. Based on the defi-nition of effectiveness of protective engineering and its effectiveness evaluation, the process for the effectiveness evaluation of protective engineering is presented, the significance of effectiveness evaluation is discussed, the index system of effectiveness evaluation is preliminarily set up. The commonly-used models and methods of effectiveness evaluation are summarized. The current situation and research emphasis of effectiveness evaluation of protective en- gineering are analyzed. |
